1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use the lol4d platform and create an Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gambling is restricted to adults, and lol4d strictly enforces this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension until verification is complete. Any individual found to be underage will have their Account permanently closed, all bets voided, and any funds confiscated.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability or subject to any court order that would prohibit you from entering into contracts or engaging in online gambling activities.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By creating an Account, you represent that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during all uses of the Platform. We reserve the right to verify your location through technical means and may restrict access if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

3.4 Single Account Requirement

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with lol4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any funds.

3.5 Compliance with Local Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of lol4d complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. While we make reasonable efforts to prevent access from restricted jurisdictions, it is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your location. lol4d accepts no liability for any violations of local laws by Users.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must match official government-issued identification documents. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other Account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity, including financial transactions and bets placed.

4.3 Security Obligations

You must take reasonable steps to protect your Account from unauthorized access. This includes using strong, unique passwords, not saving login credentials in public browsers, logging out after each session, and immediately notifying lol4d if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available and regularly updating your password.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

lol4d is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations. We may request supporting documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or card photograph). First-time withdrawal requests will typically trigger KYC verification. Your Account may be restricted until verification is complete.

4.5 Account Information Updates

You must keep your Account information current and accurate. If any of your personal details change (including name, address, phone number, or email), you must update your Account information immediately. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals or Account restrictions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

lol4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential Account closure. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed instantly or within 5 minutes. Other banks may take up to 15 minutes. During peak hours or bank maintenance periods, processing may be delayed. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on lol4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your Account balance, bets, winnings, and all financial transactions will be denominated in Rupiah. We do not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time, subject to meeting any applicable bonus wagering requirements and completing KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account in your own name registered in Indonesia. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the following business day morning. 5.6 Withdrawal Fees

lol4d does not charge withdrawal fees for most transactions. However, your bank may charge receiving fees or interbank transfer fees, which are beyond our control. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests (more than 5 per day) or unusually small withdrawal amounts.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

lol4d maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in compliance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information regarding the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals. Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering will be immediately closed and funds frozen pending investigation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on lol4d are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet selections before confirming any wager. We are not responsible for any errors you make when placing bets, including incorrect selection, stake amount, or bet type.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or league. Results are typically settled within 24 hours of event conclusion. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the specific sport rules. Asian handicap betting (voor bets) and accumulator bets (mix parlay) are subject to specific rules detailed in our comprehensive Betting Rules section.

6.3 Live Betting / In-Play

When placing live bets, odds may change rapidly based on in-game events. By placing a live bet, you accept the odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed by our system. In the event of technical issues or obvious errors in live odds (palpable errors), we reserve the right to void affected bets. Live betting is subject to slight delays due to streaming latency.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams. Game outcomes are determined at random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game represent long-term statistical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee short-term results. 6.5 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, all affected bets and game rounds will be voided, and stakes will be returned to player accounts. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or device problems on the User's end. If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the rules of that specific game.

6.6 Maximum Winnings

lol4d reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, events, or game categories. These limits are in place to protect the integrity of our operations and are clearly displayed where applicable. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full regardless of standard payout limits.

6.7 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits may vary by sport, league, event, game type, and User status (standard vs. VIP). We reserve the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice. Users who consistently win may have their maximum bet limits reduced at our discretion.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible Users as determined by lol4d. We reserve the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on geographic location, deposit history, betting patterns, or other factors at our sole discretion. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which must be read and accepted before claiming.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) that must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be wagered 30 times). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games are excluded entirely.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

lol4d has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits, betting opposite outcomes on the same event, betting on heavily skewed odds with minimal risk, using wagering strategies designed to exploit bonuses without genuine risk, and any other activity deemed to be bonus abuse at our discretion. Users found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and their Accounts permanently closed.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have expiry dates, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Time limits for each bonus are clearly stated in the bonus terms.

7.5 Withdrawal During Active Bonus

If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is in your Account and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus and any winnings attributable to that bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds and winnings from non-bonus play will be processed for withdrawal.

7.6 Promotional Terms

Each promotion offered by lol4d (welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, tournaments, free bets, free spins, etc.) has its own specific terms and conditions. These terms take precedence over general bonus rules where there is a conflict. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any promotion before participating.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.2 Self-Imposed Limits

Users can set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits from their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits and loss limits cannot be increased for 24 hours (cooling-off period), though they can be decreased or removed at any time. Session time limits will automatically log you out after the specified duration.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel they need a break from gambling can self-exclude their Account for a chosen period: 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to login, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early - once initiated, the exclusion period must run its full course.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lol4d and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or payment details; providing false identification documents; identity theft; or any other form of fraud.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account per person to circumvent limits or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain unfair advantage, including betting on opposite outcomes or sharing information in live dealer games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences between lol4d and other bookmakers to guarantee profits regardless of outcome.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Cheating or Hacking: Attempting to manipulate games, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using lol4d to transfer, conceal, or legitimize funds derived from illegal activities.
• Syndicate Play: Operating as part of a professional betting syndicate without prior approval.
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use your Account.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing lol4d staff or other Users through any communication channel.

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected. Accounts found to be engaging in prohibited activities will be permanently closed without refund of balances.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The lol4d platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

10.2 Technical Issues

lol4d is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, including but not limited to server downtime, internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, software bugs, or cyber attacks. While we strive to maintain service availability, temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

10.3 Third-Party Content

Our Platform may display odds, statistics, or other content provided by third-party data providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content and shall not be liable for any decisions you make based on such content.

10.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall lol4d's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, and other torts.

10.5 Consequential Damages

lol4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.6 User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lol4d, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the lol4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of lol4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. The lol4d trademark, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks and may not be used without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in Account termination and legal action.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened - you would need to register a new Account, subject to our eligibility requirements.

12.2 Termination by lol4d

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for Account termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, underage gambling, providing false information, extended inactivity, or at our sole discretion for operational or business reasons.

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon Account termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any remaining balance in terminated accounts will be handled according to the circumstances: (a) if terminated due to User breach, we may forfeit all funds; (b) if terminated for business reasons without User fault, remaining balances will be returned after deducting any outstanding obligations. All bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited upon termination.

12.4 Survival

Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to liability limitations, indemnification obligations, intellectual property provisions, and dispute resolution terms) shall remain in effect after Account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform.

13.4 Final Decision

Our decision regarding all disputes shall be final and binding except where otherwise required by law. By using lol4d, you agree that our interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and our factual determinations regarding any dispute are conclusive.
